Tips:

  • Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients needed for the recipe, including boneless chicken pieces, spices (such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala), ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, butter, cream, and yogurt. Make sure all the ingredients are fresh and of good quality.

  • Marinade: Marinate the boneless chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and a pinch of salt. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.

  • Spices: In the Thermomix bowl, add the spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala. Dry roast the spices for a few seconds on medium speed to enhance their flavors.

  • Tomato puree: Add tomato puree to the Thermomix bowl with the roasted spices. Cook the mixture on medium speed for a few minutes until the raw flavor of the tomatoes diminishes.

  • Butter and cream: Add butter to the Thermomix bowl and melt it with the tomato puree. Once the butter has melted, add cream to create a rich and creamy sauce. Continue cooking on medium speed until the sauce is well combined and smooth.

  • Cooking the chicken: In a separate pan, heat some oil and add the marinated chicken pieces. Cook the chicken until it is lightly browned and cooked through. This step can be done simultaneously while preparing the sauce in the Thermomix.

  • Combining chicken and sauce: Once the chicken is cooked, add it to the sauce in the Thermomix bowl. Mix everything together on medium speed until the chicken is well coated with the sauce. You can adjust the consistency of the sauce by adding more cream or tomato puree if desired.

  • Serving suggestions: Serve the boneless butter chicken with steamed rice, naan bread, or roti. It also pairs well with a side of cucumber raita or a simple salad.

Remember to follow the instructions of your specific Thermomix model and adjust the cooking times accordingly. Enjoy your homemade boneless butter chicken!
