Servings: 1 Person
Prep Time: 2 mins
Total Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1 cup almond milk
1 banana or 100 grams pineapple, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
Add the avocado, almond milk, banana, and honey to the bowl of a Thermomix.
Process the mixture on high speed for 30-45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Tips:
You can add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie.
You can substitute the almond milk with any other type of milk or milk alternative that you prefer.
Ripe Avocados: Ensure that your avocados are perfectly ripe for a smooth and creamy texture. Look for avocados that yield slightly to gentle pressure when squeezed. Using ripe avocados will ensure a velvety consistency in your smoothie.
Chilled Ingredients: For a refreshing and cool smoothie, use chilled ingredients. You can refrigerate your avocados and other perishable ingredients before blending. Alternatively, you can add ice cubes to the Thermomix while blending to keep the smoothie cool and refreshing.
Use a Frozen Base: For an extra creamy and thick smoothie, consider using a frozen base. You can freeze some of the liquid components, such as coconut water or almond milk, into ice cube trays. This adds a frosty element and helps to maintain a creamy consistency without watering down the smoothie.
Balance the Flavors: Avocado has a mild, buttery taste that can be enhanced with other ingredients. Add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice to bring a bright, citrusy note to the smoothie. Sweeten it with a touch of honey, maple syrup, or your preferred sweetener to balance the flavors.
Experiment with Creaminess: Achieve your desired level
